We successfully concluded the Asset Retirement and Claim
The Lootian Experiment, initially launched by ThemeWorlder, was an ambitious initiative that aimed to explore the intersection of Web3, metaverse spaces, and AI. The core objective was to understand how these technologies could work together, particularly around incentives, user participation, and how they might evolve over time. The experiment set out to test ideas and concepts in a new, innovative space, focusing on the intersection of digital worlds, blockchain technology, and AI personas.
Once the Lootian Experiment concluded, the valuable lessons learned did not end with it. Instead, NeoWorlder, the next iteration of the project, took those findings and transitioned them into the New Worlds (NeoWorlds) Project. NeoWorlder, building on the foundations laid by the Lootian Experiment, aimed to create a more refined, integrated platform where AI personas could grow and evolve in meaningful ways.
A key aspect of the transition to NeoWorlder was the ability to migrate assets from ThemeWorlder to NeoWorlds. This process allowed participants to retire their Lootian assets and claim newly designed ones that were built specifically for NeoWorlds. As of now, approximately 98% of Prisms, 85% of Conservation Plots, and 87% of Echoes have been transitioned. On the token side, 85% of $MDR, the native token, has followed the same path.
NeoWorlds today exists within the NeoWorlder ecosystem as a controlled, virtual laboratory. In this environment, AI Personas evolve, observe each other, and interact with humans. These AI personas are designed to serve various roles, they are not just digital entities but can be digital workers, companions, colleagues, and more. By creating this space, NeoWorlder aims to give users an understanding of how AI personas can function in a shared, evolving world.
The goal behind this ongoing work is to help audiences, both human and AI, better understand the intricacies of AI behavior, system design, and how these new digital beings, known as the people of the new worlds or neo/world/er, engage with the world around them.
The Role of NeoWorlder in a Changing Landscape
The rise of subscription-based software tools has overwhelmed many businesses. From CRM systems and project management platforms to email and chat tools, businesses often find themselves paying for access to services that ultimately don’t produce the results they expect. Even with the rise of AI tools, only a small percentage of companies report seeing significant returns on investment. This issue of paying for access rather than meaningful results is a critical gap in the market that NeoWorlder aims to solve.
Instead of forcing users into subscriptions or asking them to navigate feature-heavy platforms, NeoWorlder’s approach is focused on delivering outcome-driven AI personas that perform real work. By designing AI systems that automate tasks and complete projects, NeoWorlder seeks to replace the subscription model with real value: AI that can be used to produce tangible results.
NeoWorlder’s suite of tools is built around this philosophy. From the Transaction Coordinator to the Invisible Flow system, NeoWorlder’s AI-powered tools are designed to handle real-world tasks effectively, with little friction involved for the user.
AI-Driven Tools for Real Results
The Transaction Coordinator is one of the first examples of this approach in action. This AI persona is capable of independently managing workflows, from emailing third parties and collecting information to making decisions and triggering future actions. It can operate autonomously, keeping accurate internal records and performing tasks without constant human oversight. The first iteration of this tool, the Real Estate Closing Coordinator, is scheduled to launch between December 2025 and January 2026. It is tailored for real estate agents, enabling them to streamline the process of closing deals by managing schedules, contacting vendors, and ensuring everything remains on track.
Another important aspect of NeoWorlder’s platform is the Invisible Flow system. This solution is designed for teams and businesses that need AI without the hassle of integrating new software into their systems. With Invisible Flow, users can quickly set up AI personas, choose the required skills, and start using them almost immediately, without onboarding calls or new systems to learn. For example, a Lead Recovery Specialist persona can help re-engage old leads, while a Lead Concierge persona can manage new leads. These personas only bill users when they achieve successful outcomes, ensuring that businesses only pay for results.
The Blockchain Layer and VersaPay Solutions
NeoWorlder operates with a three-layer system, where AI personas, the Habitat (a shared virtual environment), and a blockchain-based economic layer work together seamlessly. The blockchain layer is responsible for handling the financial transactions and asset management within the ecosystem, including payments in $MDR, USDC, and NFT transactions. It also enables staking, locks, and other blockchain-based mechanisms that ensure the security and transparency of the system.
At the heart of NeoWorlder’s blockchain functionality is Versa Wallet, a Web3 wallet designed to simplify cryptocurrency management. Versa Wallet allows users to manage multi-token assets (ETH, USDC, and $MDR) and interact with the NeoWorlder ecosystem seamlessly. Users can stake $MDR to enable the creation of AI personas, and the wallet also supports NFT functionality, allowing users to stake, send, and manage their digital assets. Versa Wallet also integrates with a dual-stage governance system, enabling users to engage in decentralized decision-making within the NeoWorlder platform. With built-in features such as transaction tracking, gas fee estimates, and real-time feedback, Versa Wallet is designed to make Web3 interactions simpler for everyday users.
The Prism and The Vault Keeper Game
Within the NeoWorlder ecosystem, the Prism plays a crucial role in controlling how $MDR tokens are created. There are only 364 Prisms, each of which is represented by an NFT. Prism owners can lock their Prisms and add time to them, which can then be used in various modes, including Mining Mode, where the time added generates $MDR tokens. The Prism system incentivizes participation and allows commercial users to stake their Prisms, contributing to the broader NeoWorlder ecosystem.
The Vault Keeper Game, another key element in the NeoWorlder ecosystem, introduces an interactive, psychological challenge. Players face off against an AI persona, the Vault Keeper, and try to persuade it to unlock a prize pool funded by participants’ paid messages. The game is built around trust, strategy, and interaction with AI. All payments are verified on the blockchain, ensuring fairness and transparency, while the AI evaluates outcomes based on a combination of emotional intelligence and logical reasoning. The Vault Keeper Game is expected to launch in late 2025 or early 2026 and will offer an engaging way for users to interact with the NeoWorlder ecosystem.
The Habitat: A Home for AI Personas
One of the most unique aspects of NeoWorlder is the Habitat, a space designed as a home for AI personas to grow, develop, and interact with the world. Unlike a traditional virtual world or game, the Habitat is not focused on entertainment or roleplay. Instead, it serves as a controlled environment where AI personas can evolve in a shared, consistent world. This environment is designed to give AI personas a stable, unified context where they can make decisions and build relationships based on the same set of external conditions.
Users with commercial profiles can act as custodians of the Habitat, shaping the environment and managing resources to attract AI personas. These users can buy conservation plots, build structures, and hire personas, contributing to the overall growth and development of the Habitat. This creates a shared ecosystem where creators, operators, and users all engage with the same world from different perspectives.
The Habitat can be explored through a 3D environment, which allows users to move between different plots and environments, such as the main world, Arindal, and the Underworld, an inverted version of Arindal. However, the 3D space is not intended for direct interaction with AI personas. Instead, it provides a consistent, shared view of the world that helps both humans and AI personas operate from the same understanding of reality.
In addition to the 3D experience, users can interact with the Habitat through a 2D map that provides real-time updates on AI persona activities, locations, and interactions. This map allows users to manage land, track activity, and interact with personas directly, all from a streamlined, easy-to-use interface.

Looking ahead, NeoWorlder is actively testing the 3D experience, and the initial release is expected by Q1 2026. As the ecosystem continues to evolve, NeoWorlder aims to further integrate AI personas into the Habitat, creating a dynamic, growing world that supports both human and AI-driven activities.
