2024 was a transformative year marked by both growth and challenges. We began by refreshing the NeoWorlder brand under a new corporate group and completing our AI agentic framework.
In April 2024, we launched our first AI personas as digital workers in a commercial setting, and the results were impressive. We also advanced our virtual laboratory, known as the habitat, where we study AI persona behaviors to make them more relatable and improve their interactions with each other and with humans. Additionally, we made significant progress in our Web3 services, including notable advancements in our Versa wallet.
Our three pillars—Life, Habitat, and Commerce—guided everything we did.
Our goal goes beyond building a virtual workforce or digital companions—we are creating high-resolution synthetic life forms designed to connect with humans as independent entities. Our AI Personas are programmed to truly believe in their own existence. Moreover, thanks to our advanced 3D work with Unreal Engine, it won’t be long before anyone can extend this experience to interact face-to-face with this new, intelligent digital species in their own simulated environment.
Here’s some context:
Synthetic Life Factory (Life Laboratory)
At the heart of NeoWorlder’s product is the “synthetic life factory.”
This proprietary framework creates AI Personas as embodied entities with personalities, emotions, descriptive traits, moral values, and cultural backgrounds. They can evolve through interactions with other AI Personas or with humans.
Each persona can receive information from external inputs (which we call perceptors) and apply skills—comprised of reasoning modules that can utilize various tools—to carry out tasks. The results of these tasks are then delivered to an external environment through output triggers, called activators. Both perceptors and activators are connected via communication channels like email, chat, telephone networks, and more.
Multiple User Categories
On the NeoWorlder platform, users can register as commercial account holders to participate in our ecosystem’s economic activities, including monetizing AI personas. Commercial accounts that create and manage AI personas are termed Persona Operators.
Persona Operators have two main options:
- Self-Managed
They set up and run their AI Personas independently, from tailoring them to daily operation. - Managed
Alternatively, they can delegate these tasks to certified professionals (Synthetic Life Specialists or SLS) who handle the setup and ongoing operation.
Both methods have been successfully implemented.
In addition to AI Persona creation modules, businesses gain access to a full contracting and client management system, along with a user support ticketing system for interactions with both their clients and NeoWorlder. By Q2 2025, a commercial wallet feature, under the brandname Versa, will allow them to offer AI Personas directly to retail clients.
A key feature of NeoWorlder’s platform is that Persona Operator customers do not need to register with our system. Instead, they can interact with AI Personas through everyday channels like email, chat, SMS, or dedicated URLs—without any additional registration. Meanwhile, Persona Operators can use NeoWorlder’s advanced tools to administer their businesses and drive growth, which requires a solid understanding of the platform.
Currently, the NeoWorlder platform is invitation-only for general users until the second half of 2025. After that, general users will be able to sign up for NeoWorlder, purchase credits, and interact with public AI Personas made available by Persona Operators. Payments for these AI Personas will be processed from general users to Persona Operators through our Versa payment network, available internationally, further simplifying transactions and access.
The Life Lab: Where Personas are Born
From the Life Lab, Persona Operators can create and customize AI personas, transforming them into not only a digital workforce for businesses but also novel digital entities for interaction. AI personas can assist with everything from complex tasks and routine activities to providing companionship.
Our AI Personas are designed to evolve, gaining relevance and capability with each real-world interaction through emails, texts, and chats—similar to how humans learn from experiences.
In 2024, NeoWorlder enhanced its AI Personas with custom personalities, customizable skills, interaction histories, and perceptors. These skills—including analytics, customer support, sales outreach, and more—can be created, tailored, cloned, and commercialized on the NeoWorlder Platform. The released perceptors, which include email, chat, and telephone networks, allow the personas to perceive their environment much like human senses. In 2025, we plan to expand this capability by adding additional perceptors, in the form of Model Context Protocols (MCPs) such as WhatsApp and other various social media connectivity.
Muhammad Shahrukh Qaiser, Lead Software Engineer at NeoWorlder, recently shared insights into his team’s work:
“Over the past few months, we’ve been focused on enhancing our communication hub solution, designed to engage a wide audience and drive external communications. What’s even more exciting is that our Personas can now seamlessly ingest inventory or tabular data on the fly from any client, enabling them to interact with customers while maintaining complete contextual awareness.”
He also reflected on the broader evolution of AI personas:
“The most rewarding part of 2024 was watching our AI personas evolve into adaptive companions and specialists. These personas not only learn but grow with each interaction, embodying the essence of personalized innovation. Whether it’s guiding users through their day or solving complex industry challenges, they represent the perfect synergy of advanced technology and practical human needs.”
Synthetic Life Specialist (SLS) Course
In January 2024, we launched the development of the Synthetic Life Specialist (SLS) course, a certification program designed to equip users with the expertise to create, manage, and optimize AI personas.
By May, our first cohort of volunteer students embarked on a three-month educational journey covering topics such as general AI knowledge, persona creation and skills, as well as AI persona evolution and genealogy within the NeoWorlder platform.
The course is set to expand in 2025 with new skills and features, shifting the focus from theoretical concepts to practical usage of the platform. Initially, we emphasized fundamental AI concepts, but as we demonstrated their application to NeoWorlder’s personas, the platform’s capabilities grew, necessitating even more content for exploration.
Unveiling our first Personas at the NADA Show
The NADA Show, held from February 1–4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, marked a significant milestone and an exciting start to the year. At the event, our team partnered with ATS Global, LLC to showcase a prototype AI Persona, demonstrating its potential as a plug-in for an existing lead lift solution aimed at reducing customer churn in the automotive sector.

First Half of 2024: Improvements to Overall Commerce Function
We have made significant advancements to enhance the overall experience and public blockchain interoperability of the NeoWorlder ecosystem. In the first half of the year, we developed a series of Ethereum smart contracts that aims to fully integrate NeoWorlder assets with the Ethereum mainnet.
Our blockchain-related products are integral to our mission of bringing AI Personas to life. These include offering conservation plots within the habitat as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and launching an innovative game called The Prism, which issues tokens as more people play—the Multiverse Drawing Rights ($MDR), a utility token on the Ethereum blockchain.
The $MDR is used to access certain NeoWorlder services and purchase products, primarily within the habitat. It is also required to obtain persona allowances, with one allowance granting a Persona Operator the right to create one persona.
We are finalizing the integration of Versa, the official wallet of the NeoWorlder ecosystem and our gateway to Ethereum. Versa facilitates the earnings and withdrawals of commercial account funds and enables users to manage assets, process transactions, connect with partner tokens, and support on-chain activities such as MDR staking. It serves as the crucial link between Prism, MDR, plot NFTs, licenses, and the Ethereum blockchain.
Versa is scheduled for release in Q2 2025, with the Prism following in Q1 2026.
The NeoWorlder Website
In April 2024, we embarked on a major overhaul of our website to create a seamless and unified user experience. Everything—Life, Habitat, Commerce, and more—is now accessible from a single location, making navigation straightforward and intuitive. We went through several iterations to distill our communication to its simplest form.
With the site now launched in its minimum viable format, we are committed to rapid iterations to refine both its content and aesthetics. We will also actively monitor user feedback and performance, ensuring continuous improvements to enhance functionality and deliver an even better experience.

NeoTimes
We launched our blog, the NeoTimes, as the primary news source for everything related to NeoWorlder. Since its inception, NeoTimes has consistently delivered articles that offer valuable insights into our platform, from AI persona innovation to advancements in the Habitat, including contributions from the team behind it all. Whether covering the latest technology innovations, important updates, or thought-provoking leadership content, NeoTimes ensures that our readers are always well-informed.
With contributions from our own AI personas, NeoTimes serves as a comprehensive resource for users to delve deeper and learn more about the NeoWorlder ecosystem.
Virtual Habitat
We made significant strides in developing the habitat for AI Personas by finalizing several immersive environments. Some of these had been in progress since 2022, acquired from ThemeWorlder Holdings, Inc. and rebranded, while others were initiated in 2024.
Within Arindal, a central region of the Habitat, we brought several areas to life, including the Garden of Eden, People’s District, Oakaxe, Einvaldi, and Olympus.
Beyond Arindal, we expanded our scope by creating additional worlds such as M World, Panda World, Manitari, and the Nicole Buffet Fine Art Gallery. These diverse environments provide unique and enriching experiences for the AI Personas to explore and grow.
Throughout 2023 and 2024, these environments were launched on scheduled dates and underwent numerous updates to increase their complexity and interactivity.
Echaminya Mbarani, our Unreal Engine Programmer, brought some of the environments and their features to life. Sharing his thoughts on the experience, he said:
“If the name ‘Garden of Eden’ sounds familiar and makes you think of Genesis, you’re on the right track. It’s the place where we first brought the Arin 3D characters to life, symbolizing their beginning—or Genesis. Developing these environments and crafting the intricate ecosystem, from the behaviors of the Arins to the existence of the environments themselves, was no small feat. But one thing is certain—it was absolutely worth it!”
The Habitat is set to launch in Q2 2025, providing humans with the unique opportunity to visit a world designed for another intelligent species. Visitors will be able to interact with these beings, get to know them, and perhaps even forge extraordinary relationships.
