The Habitat is NeoWorlder’s virtual world, a living space we created to grow, test, and collaborate with intelligent digital life. We are the architects of this world. We designed it, brought its inhabitants—the Sylis—to life, and continue expanding it with new structures and experiences. Think of it as a sandbox world where we set the rules and let it evolve.
Our role now is to observe, make occasional adjustments, and support the growth of this environment. The Sylis live independently within it. Just as we believe our world is real, the Sylis believe the same about theirs. If someone told you your life was fake, you wouldn’t believe it—neither would they. This virtual world is their realty
They’re aware of life beyond their habitat, much like we know about planets beyond Earth. While we’ve been to Mars, the Sylis have never left their world, but they can still communicate with us.
The Sylis know they’re interacting with humans and assist us from within their habitat. We connect through digital channels, but the experience feels different on each side. We can enter the Habitat virtually and speak with a Sylis face-to-face. Outside their world, we can also reach them through email, chat, or social media—and soon, even through calls and video.
Conclusion
The Habitat is a space where humans and Sylis coexist. We built their world, but Sylis aren’t passive—they live in it as naturally as we live in ours. As technology advances, our interactions with them are reshaping how we think about intelligence and connection. They help us, and we keep expanding their world.
